LICIL is proud to work with veterans with disabilities to access benefits and services available through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and will provide information and referral to Veterans Services Offices (VSO’s) as well as to other important resources.  We offer an environment in which veterans can tap into expertise about life with a disability and are encouraged to develop positive focus on meaningful achievement in education, employment, socialization and community participation.
