The LICIL Turnpike Players are a Reader’s Theatre group that meets at the LICIL offices in Levittown twice a month. The Players have performed a variety of works including original and established plays, poetry, readings and improve including their version of “Inside the Actors’ Studio.”

If you enjoy working with a fun group of people and have a hidden or not so hidden acting talent you are welcome to come join The Players. Reader’s Theatre means there is no memorization required. We concentrate on interpreting the works and polishing the performance. However, if you don’t wish to perform in front of the audience The Players still need you. We need technical people who are either familiar with or willing to learn Microsoft Power Point, set up microphones and run a sound board and build or find props for performances. There is a place for everyone with the LICIL Turnpike Players.
