HOW TO KILL YOUR NEIGHBOR’S DOG: Oddly enough, this comedy is about a shy, chain-smoking, insomniac playwright (Kevin Branagh), whose mother-in-law (Lynn Redgrave) is sinking into senility, a stranger is meandering the neighborhood claiming to be him, his wife (Robin Penn Wright) wants a child.
